World Wrestling Entertainment (NYSE: WWE)

World Wrestling Entertainment is down 5.80% premarket after the Endeavor announced it will merge with UFC. Upon close, Endeavor will hold 51% controlling interest in the new company and existing WWE shareholders will hold a 49% interest in the new company. On a combined 2022 fiscal year-end basis, UFC and WWE achieved revenue of $2.4 billion and a 10% annual revenue growth rate since 2019.

Marathon Oil (NYSE: MRO)

Marathon Oil is up 6.22% premarket after OPEC unexpectedly announced crude output cuts that threaten to tighten the market, delivering another inflation hit to the world economy. West Texas Intermediate soared as much as 8%, the biggest intraday move in more than a year.

We got in on an energy stock in early December at a $1.24 open price and right now it’s standing at a 13.71% gain.
