One skill I believe every trader should possess is a “watchful trading eye.”
If you’re trying to figure out which stocks to buy into, ask yourself…
“What products am I seeing most out on the street?”
“Which stores are filled to the brim with customers each and every day?”
Knowing this, it’s why Costco (COST) is one of the top stocks on my watchlist heading into the holiday season.
Have you ever been in a Costco? It’s like its own world.
The wholesale retailer is always packed when I’m there, and its built a strong fan base thanks to famously low prices, wide selection and special food items (can’t beat the $1.50 hot dog).
It’s no surprise that Costco has been a Wall Street favorite as well.
In the last 5 years alone, its churned out a 250% total return, easily trouncing the S&P 500.
And with many of its passionate customers expected to take a trip for holiday food items, COST is one retail stock I’ll be watching for a potential trade over the next few weeks.
Action Plan: COST is just one of many retail stocks I’m targeting in The War Room this holiday season.

P.S. My colleague Nate Bear is also targeting COST as part of his Sector Strike strategy this month.
In fact, last month Nate conducted a test trade which would’ve netted a 201% winner in 29 trading days.
If you want to see how Sector Strike works for FREE, you’re invited to join Nate LIVE today at 2 p.m. EST.
Here he’ll be showing you exactly which stocks and sectors he’s targeting for more potential triple-digit winners.
