Action Plan: B. Rily Financial (RILY) has a very high 30% short float – meaning its coiling up for a big potential move. This is a flyer trade, meaning it will either work spectacularly or fail miserably, so position size accordingly.

If RILY can get above $8-$10, there’s a gap to fill all the way up to $17. The next RILY earnings are in February, so I’m going to go out further into the April $10 calls. Sit on these and give yourself plenty of time for a gap up.
