Another day, another big potential federal government change.
Yesterday President Donald Trump and White House officials prepared an executive order to begin the process of dismantling the Department of Education.
This shouldn’t come as a surprise, as Trump has long signaled his intention to close the department.
So what does this mean for your trading?
Well, there’s one stock on my radar for a buy opportunity.
That company is Strategic Education (STRA).
Strategic education is an education services holding company.
It primarily focuses on post-secondary education and programs to develop job-ready skills for high-demand markets.
As you’ll see in the chart above, STRA recently pulled back and I believe this is a prime buying opportunity.
STRA was recently upgraded to a “buy” rating by Stocknews.com, and also has an “outperform” rating from BMO Capital.
Action Plan: With the Department of Education’s fate in flux, I believe STRA could see a spike.
