Shell Spikes in Premarket

Good Morning Wake-Up Watchlisters! While you’re sipping coffee you’ll see stock futures were up slightly on Friday. The index is on track for its biggest weekly decline in two months, as investors await the U.S. jobs report which is hinting at possible optimism in the markets.

Hubspot is up 0.78% in premarket. The stock surged in after-hours trading yesterday after rumors Google is interested in acquiring the company. Hubspot’s shares are very volatile with 10 moves greater than 5% over the last year.

Palantir Technologies (NYSE: PLTR)

Palantir Technologies is up 0.36% premarket. The company’s shares have rallied 35% year-to-date, substantially outperforming the S&P 500’s 9% return. The company recently agreed to a new deal with Oracle (ORCL) to jointly sell cloud and AI services, which could drive further sales and growth.

Shell (NYSE: SHEL)

Shell is up 0.17% premarket as prices rise due to ongoing tensions in the Middle East. The company also released its latest production forecasts and they’re expected to range between 960 to 1,000 barrels of oil equivalent per day.
