The Wall Street Journal reported on Sunday that there was a consensus among Fed members to not raise rates when the central bank meets next week. The latest estimate as of this morning put the chance of the Fed staying on hold on Sept. 20 at 93%.

Tesla, Inc. (Nasdaq: TSLA)

Tesla is up 6.18% premarket after an analyst upgrade and a big price target hike. A new report showed that Morgan Stanley is optimistic following news on the automaker’s Dojo supercomputer. Dojo is Tesla’s AI platform that’s built for machine learning, and more specifically, for video training using the video data coming from its fleet of vehicles.

QUALCOMM Incorporated (Nasdaq: QCOM)

Qualcomm is up 8.55% premarket after entering an agreement with Apple to supply Snapdragon 5G Modern RF-Systems for smartphone launches in 2024, 2025 and 2026. This agreement reinforces Qualcomm’s track record of sustained leadership across 5G technologies and products.
