Five Times Your Investment With This Trade!

Gold prices are surging, and War Room members have been profiting all the way up. Since last July, members have taken more than a dozen profits in plays on gold and silver.

But this position could top them all in terms of risk versus reward…

Last week, members took on a chance to make five times their money, risking less than $1 per share to do so. This isn’t some idle speculation. The company they played is one of the up-and-coming mid-tier producers that is so strong, it even raised its dividend a few weeks ago.

Yamana Gold (NYSE: AUY), a Canadian mining company, is on a roll. It’s making money, paying off debt, raising its future forecast and even raising its dividend. On Wall Street, anytime a company raises its dividend, you pay attention. You see, companies can play a lot of games with their accounting, but when a company pays dividends, it does that with cash… not a line item or a promise.

Just wait, the story gets even better…

Gold is on a bull run, getting ready to jump over $1,800 for the first time in eight years. And the experts are projecting that this run could go as high as $3,000 per ounce – just take a look at what Bank of America said, as reported by Bloomberg…

Bank of America raised its 18-month gold price target by a full $1,000 to $3,000 an ounce in a report titled “The Fed can’t print gold.” That compares to an all-time high just above $1,900 an ounce struck in August 2011 in the aftermath of the global financial crisis.

War Room members don’t need gold to run as high as that to see profits. Even a move of only $100 or $200 per ounce over the next 12 months could return them as much as five times their investment with this trade. And their downside is just $1 per share.

Here’s what I recommended to members on June 17.

Members bought the Yamana Gold Jan 2022 $5 calls for around $1.37 and sold the Jan 2022 $10 calls for around $0.47 for a net cost of just $0.90 per contract. Each contract has 100 shares, so that would be around $90 to get in the play. The spread is $10 minus $5, or $5. That means they are risking $0.90 to make $5.

And with Yamana trading around $5 today, shares don’t need the move to $10 for us to make money, as our breakeven is around $5.90 on the shares. So if Yamana were to close at $8 by expiration, members would more than double their $0.90 investment ($8 minus $5 = $3. $3 minus the cost of $0.90 = $2.10).

Action Plan: Plays like this are commonplace in The War Room every day.

Members don’t pay what the market tells us to pay… We make our own deal and pay a little to try and make a lot.
