You know I love to follow insider trading in all the services we offer, including Trade of the Day Plus, The War Room and Insider Matrix.

This week is a perfect example – we’ve benefited from insider action in all three services!

First off, I spotted massive insider buying in HighPeak Energy (HPK) in late November.

Our members got in the shares at $22.80 – and bought call options too.

Look at the insiders loading up!

But that was just the start.

This week the company announced it is seeking strategic alternatives.

In case you’re unfamiliar, “seeking strategic alternatives” is Wall Street speak for “looking for a buyer.”

The shares soared, and we booked a big 30%-plus gain.

But that still wasn’t the end of it.

Here’s another insider play our members have gotten in on…

In Trade of the Day Plus, we are holding a position in Energy Transfer (ET), a pipeline partnership. It’s a capital gains and dividend play. Look at what the insiders are doing here:

They are going to town with their buying – tens of millions of dollars’ worth!

And today ET announced another dividend increase. It has increased its dividend by 75% since 2021.

Think the insiders didn’t know what was going on?

Shares hit a new three-year high this week. And in The War Room, we have a LEAPS option play on ET that has blasted off too.

Insiders have a great track record of buying their shares ahead of big news. Sometimes, in cases like HPK, that news comes fast. Other times, like with ET, it’s a gradual flow of news.

But one thing is for sure – the only reason insiders buy shares is they think those shares are going higher.

They’re not right all the time, but they’re right way more often than not… and Insider Matrix has closed out several plays just this year based on their signals. In 2022, it generated an average return of 14%! To put that in perspective, the S&P 500’s return last year was -19%.
