Q: If All Your Traders Are Winning – Then Who Is On The Losing End Of Your Trades?

As the old saying goes, Wall Street is not a “zero-sum game.” In other words, in simple terms, on Wall Street, one person’s gain is not directly equivalent to another person’s loss – resulting in no net change in the overall value. Essentially, in a zero-sum game, if someone wins, someone else must lose. But that’s not how Wall Street works. For instance, if our group or War Room traders all buy an option for $2.00 – and then sell it for $3.00 (resulting in a +50% gain for us), that doesn’t necessarily mean that the floor traders who sold us that option lost. After all, they could’ve bought those contracts for $0.50 before selling them to us for $1.00. So, the point is, when you’re inside The War Room, we’re all winning together. That’s the very essence of our elite trading community.
